Basilic
A local man with a wealth of projects, Frédéric Vacherié has set up shop in the market hall on Place Foch in Rocheville for his new food outlet, Basilic.
At the market entrance, it offers Provençal-style dining in a relaxed atmosphere, ‘in the spirit of a traditional bistro, with large communal tables. There will also be an area dedicated to selling delicatessen products and a selection of wines’.
At the back of the market, a new takeaway and delivery service will be introduced. “It will be a space open to everyone, for all budgets, where the fruit and vegetables you eat at the tables will also be available to take away,”
