Town Hall

The former Hôtel des Anges became the new town hall in 1933, the municipality having purchased this former private mansion.

In the wedding hall, known as the Bellini Room, five works by the artist are on display, depicting the joy of life in Le Cannet. Like all of this painter’s works, they are sincere, spontaneous, cheerful, and colorful. He himself says that the essence of his work stems from the accumulation of impressions and sensations recorded and felt during a time when nothing seemed to destine him to become a painter.
